		<description>Amount of v weight in your belt greatly depends on many factors such as:
1. Place where you dive (water temperature, saltinity etc) 
2. Your gear. What kind of BCD do you use. 
3. Exposure protection. In general  the thicker wetsuit the more weight you need.
4. Your own weight. 
Put some trust in dive master/instructor. Do not afraid to ask questions. Fellow divers at the spot will almost always point you in right direction.  Do not forget to write detailed dive log.  Your own dive experience will be a good measure on what to wear for what dive and how much weight do you need.

PS: 210 lbs in advice above is pretty good weight to anchor a dive boat or to sink a baby elephant ;-)</description>
