		<description>Enough that (a) you&#039;ll be under the drink-driving limit(35mg alcohol per 100ml blood) when you hit the water (b)you&#039;re not dehydrated and (c)you don&#039;t feel like sh!t. To give an exact answer on &quot;how many&quot; is impossible since we all process alcohol at different rates.

I can vaguely remember reading somewhere you&#039;re actually safer drinking a pint of beer(4-5%abv) during a surface interval than a pint of Coke because of the diuretic effect from the caffeine. Obviously a pint of water is a much better idea though!</description>
