To give an exact answer on "how many" is impossible since we all process alcohol at different rates. I can vaguely remember reading somewhere you're actually safer drinking a pint of beer(4-5%abv) during a surface interval than a pint of Coke because of the diuretic effect from the caffeine. Obviously a pint of water is a much better idea though!
